Aegon Insurance Asset Management Company Limited (“Aegon IAMC”) is a wholly and solely owned insurance asset management company established in China by Aegon Ltd. With a registered capital of RMB 250 million and headquartered in Shanghai, the Company received its business commencement approval from National Financial Regulatory Administration Shanghai Office on 30 December 2025. It subsequently completed its business registration and obtained its business license on 4 January 2026, marking its official establishment and commencement of operations.
